PROCESSING AND DELIVERING

All items are handmade by artisans in Los Angeles, CA. We carry a very small stock, therefore most pieces are made-to-order. 

Please allow 4 to 6 business days for processing and 2 to 5 business days for domestic shipping. However, we will always do our best to ship your order in the shortest amount of time possible.

We ship worldwide and shipping times may vary for each country. For international orders, please allow 2 to 8 business days for shipping. Talia Perla won't be able to ensure exact delivery times once parcels have reached their international post offices. 

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Once a package has been tracked as delivered, the responsibility falls on the buyer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our merchandise, Talia Perla does not accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, exchanges may be made within 7 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by mail to the address on the return shipping label.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for an exchange:

The item(s) must be returned new, unused, and with all tags. Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back at the buyer’s expense.

When sending an item for exchange, please include the packing note received with your order. As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check. Once the exchange has been approved the buyer will be notified.

You will receive an email notification once the order has shipped. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days to process an exchange.
